Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Customized or special-order equipment.
Items marked Final Sale.
Used or damaged equipment not due to shipping issues.

Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit), we cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
